1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how ZeroxTeam Space Private Limited, doing business as Vaultline Security (formerly 0xTeam) (“Vaultline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It applies when you visit our website, contact us, or use our security services, including smart contract audits, penetration testing and related work.
By using our website, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact or quote request form, or email us, we may collect:

- Your Telegram handle, if you provide it
- Your project or company name and website
- Technical details about your project, such as programming language, lines of code, preferred audit date, and repository or contract addresses

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Client materials. When you hire us, you may share source code, documentation, credentials or other confidential material. We treat these as confidential under our service agreement with you. This policy doesn’t replace that agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to enquiries and prepare quotes
- Provide, manage and improve our services
- Talk to you about your project, including by email or Telegram
- Keep our website and systems secure and working properly
- Meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Vercel) and form processing and storage (Google). They may use your data only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: when the law, a court order or a government request requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- Business transfers: if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- With your consent: in any other case, only if you agree.
Published audit reports are shared publicly only with the client’s approval.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. We don’t use third-party tracking tools. Our website may use a small number of cookies that it needs to work properly.
Do Not Track: Because we don’t track visitors across websites, we don’t change how we handle data based on “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry and contact form data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep it longer for an active client relationship or a legal requirement. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical steps to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
