Business Developer
Drive the growth of our client base by identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term partnerships with the auditing and research teams.

- Identify and engage potential Web3 clients and partners
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines from outreach to closure
- Collaborate with the security and research teams to prepare proposals
- Track Web3 industry trends, events, and competitor strategies
- Maintain CRM systems and report on growth metrics

Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Notion or HubSpot
- Self-driven and goal-oriented in a remote-first environment
